Anti-Bullying Week 2026 will take place from 16th to 20th November, with Scotland’s Anti-Bullying Service, respectme, launching a new film and animation based on this year’s theme, “Be Unique: Bullying is wrong. Let’s get along.”
This campaign encourages children and young people, families, schools, youth workers and communities to challenge prejudices that can lead to bullying related to a person’s identity. It highlights that one in three young people experience bullying from their peers at school.
The new Be Unique animation features real children’s voices and explores bullying for being perceived as different. It aims to show that everyone is unique and that differences should be valued and celebrated.
New learning resources will also be available through the Anti-Bullying Week resource hub from 9th of October 2026, providing support for schools, families and communities to help tackle bullying.
