Families Outside has published their Impact Report which gives an overview of their activities across Scotland from 2017 – 2018. Families Outside is a national organisation that works exclusively on behalf of children and families affected by imprisonment in Scotland. Their aim is “to improve outcomes for children and families affected by imprisonment so they can live healthy, active lives free from stigma and disadvantage”.
From 2017 – 2018, Families Outside has supported families and professionals in every local authority in Scotland through their helpline, direct support, training and development of policy and practice.
