Civil Society section updated on the OHCHR website

The civil society section of the Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights website now has a civil society practical guide as well as their handbook.

The handbook is a reference tool for civil society providing a user-friendly guide to the UN Human Rights Programme. Practical guides in this series concern civil society engagement with the Human Rights Council, the Universal Periodic Review and the Social Forum of the Human Rights Council.
