This is the first overarching Early Years Strategy for Fife. The strategy has been developed in line with the national Early Years Framework and links with Fife's Community Plan, Children's Services Plan and to Fife's single outcome agreement.
The Early Year's Strategy sets out their shared vision for Fife's youngest children and their families and details their priorities for 2009 - 2011.
