Guidance: Supporting Transgender People Young People in Schools

LGBT Youth Scotland have released new guidance entitled 'Supporting Transgender Young People' for Scottish schools and teachers.

The resource aims to help primary and secondary education staff support transgender children and young people and is informed by the experiences of young people and teachers. It was developed in partnership with the Scottish Trans Alliance.

The guidance will support teachers to ensure that all transgender and non-binary children and young people are safe, supported and included in their schools. Together has endorsed this guidance.
