Children’s Health Scotland is gearing up once again to honour the extraordinary people, teams and organisations who go above and beyond for children and young people living with health conditions. These annual awards shine a spotlight on the powerful stories of compassion, creativity and commitment that shape children’s lives every day and nominations for 2026 are officially open.

From hospital wards to classrooms, community groups to advocacy services, the awards recognise anyone who has made a meaningful difference to a child or young person’s wellbeing. Whether it’s a healthcare professional offering exceptional care, a teacher creating an inclusive environment, a volunteer bringing joy through play, or an organisation standing up for children’s rights, this is the moment to celebrate their impact.

Here’s what you need to know:

  • The Nominations close 30 June 2026
  • Anyone can nominate! Families, young people, professionals and organisations
  • It’s free and easy to submit a nomination

If someone has supported a child or young person in a way that mattered, big or small: now is the perfect time to shine a light on their dedication.
