The Unfeartie Network aims to support Scotland to become a nation which values children and embeds their human rights. This consultation is a first step to getting Unfearties’ views on how Children’s Parliament can support this.
Incorporation of the UN Convention of the Rights of the Child into Scots law means Unfearties’ behaviour, policy and practice must respect, protect and fulfil children’s rights. By gathering the views from Unfearties, Children’s Parliament can further its understanding on how to support Unfearties and to grow the Network.
