This child and young person-friendly version of the organisation’s manifesto aims to make political ideas accessible for all, ahead of the Scottish Parliament elections in May.

It draws from Children in Scotland’s Manifesto for 2021-26 which was developed over 18 months with input from Children in Scotland’s members, their children and young people advisory board, their staff and board.

As Children in Scotland is committed to upholding children’s rights and making sure young people’s views are listened to on issues that affect them, it is hugely important that children and young people are able to read and make sense of the calls and ideas within the manifesto.
