To celebrate 30 years of research by UNICEF Innocenti, a collection of research conducted during this time has been published. The collection highlights the evolution of a small research institute focusing on interpreting the Convention on the Rights of the Child, to overseeing a broad portfolio of research on key issues for children and young people.

The collection showcases issues which have emerged and continue to have increasing importance to children, presenting risks and offering opportunities to respect, protect and fulfil their rights. These issues include climate change, displacement, urbanisation, mental health and technology.

The collection also includes more established issues impacting children such as education.
