On 23rd October 2018, Special Rapporteur on Human Rights Defenders Michel Forst presented at the 73rd session of the UN General Assembly, marking the 20th anniversary of the UN Declaration on Human Rights Defenders.
Forst presented messages from his latest report and referenced the 2nd World Summit of Human Rights Defenders which was held in Paris at the end of October.
