The Office of the High Commissioner for Human Rights (OHCHR) is organising several consultations and calls for submissions, namely a consultation on unaccompanied migrant children and adolescents, reports on ITCs and child sexual exploitation, investment in the rights of the child and information requested on the dissemination of a child mortality report.
1. Human Rights Council Advisory Committee - "Global issue of unaccompanied migrant children and adolescents and human rights"
Deadline 30 October 2015
The Human Rights Council Advisory Committee is organising consultations with civil society organisations with a view to developing a research-based study on the global issue of unaccompanied migrant children and adolescents and human rights, pursuant to Human Rights Council resolution 29/12.
As part of these consultations, the Advisory Committee reaches out to civil society organisations to fill out a questionnaire on this issue, available in:

2. Calls for submission - OHCHR report - "Information and communications technology and child sexual exploitation"
Deadline 16 October 2015
OHCHR invites NGOs to provide submissions to feed into the report to be prepared by OHCHR on the theme of the next Annual Day on the Rights of the Child taking place next March 2016, "Information and communications technology and child sexual exploitation".
Submission should not exceed 5 pages, and will be made available on the OHCHR website.
Information should be sent by 16 October 2015 to: registry@ohchr.org and iguerras-delgado@ohchr.org

3. Call for submissions - OHCHR follow-up report - "Investment in the rights of the child"
Deadline 18 October 2015
As an outcome of the annual full day discussion on the rights of the child of March 2015 and the OHCHR report on a better investment in the rights of the child, Human Rights Council resolution 28/19 invited the High Commissioner to prepare a follow-up report on investment in the rights of the child, based on good practices and lessons learned, in close collaboration with relevant stakeholders, including States, the United Nations Children's Fund, other relevant United Nations bodies, agencies, funds and programmes, relevant special procedures mandate holders, regional organizations and human rights bodies, civil society, national human rights institutions and children themselves.
OHCHR invites NGO contributions of practical examples, good practices and lessons learnt to ensure sufficient, equitable and efficient public resource mobilization, budget allocation and spending to realize the rights of the child, including measures to address barriers and bottlenecks, relevant tools, resources and guides.
Submission should not exceed 5 pages, and will be made available on the OHCHR website.

4. Call for info on dissemination - Guidance material - Preventable mortality and morbidity of children under 5

OHCHR would like to invite civil society organizations to assist in the dissemination of the Technical Guidance on Preventable mortality and morbidity of children under 5:
and would like to be informed of any efforts undertaken in this regard. In particular, examples of how civil society is working to integrate human rights principles, including participation, non-discrimination and equality, empowerment and accountability in the development of policies and programmes to prevent child mortality and morbidity would be welcome.
