Activity Agreements - National Delivery Model

Date: 23rd June 2015
Category:

A national delivery model has been developed to capture the key principles underpinning the Activity Agreement approach to engaging with young people furthest from the labour market.

Activity Agreements are being delivered to young people across all 32 local authorities in Scotland. Activity Agreements are for those young people who may not, without additional support, make a successful transition to work, further education or training.

The model has been successful in supporting participants to progress to and sustain further learning, training and employment.

This publication is intended to inform how these key elements can support flexibility and choice in the wider development of senior learning and pathways. Whilst Activity Agreements focus on those young people who have left school, the model is applicable to other settings such as education and other employability programmes.
