Go2Play Play Strategy Fund invites applications

Following the launch of the Scottish Government's Play Strategy for Scotland in 2013, Inspiring Scotland is inviting charities to apply to its Go2Play Fund.

The fund is looking to invest in Scottish charities with innovative play ideas which will help achieve the outcomes in the newly launched Play Strategy Action Plan.

This small focused fund, delivered by Inspiring Scotland, is offering up to £15,000 and for 12 months of ongoing development support for turning great ideas into a reality, positively impacting upon the lives of children and supporting the development of play in Scotland.

Applications should demonstrate how they support at least one of the outcomes listed in the Play Strategy Action Plan which include:

- Play in the community
- Play the home
- Play at nursery and school
- Supporting a positive environment for play through its workforce.
