Updated guidance on information sharing

There has been an update from the Information Commissioner's office of guidance on information sharing between services under existing law where a child's wellbeing is at risk.

The Information Commissioner has produced advice specifically relating to information sharing under existing law where a child's wellbeing is at risk and the concern is less than that required to trigger child protection procedures.
