Young Scotland's Got Talent will celebrate their first birthday with an awards ceremony to be held in Edinburgh on Wednesday 22 June 2011.

If you know of someone with a learning difficulty or an individual who is on the autistic spectrum who has made achievements in any of the following categories, organisers want to hear from you. They are particularly keen to hear about people who have enjoyed success in their employment. The three award categories are:

• biggest inspiration (someone whose work has had an impact on others)
• outstanding achievement (someone who has achieved amazing goals)
• enterprise (someone who has shown enterprise in finding a job)
