To protect the right to food, the Scottish Youth Parliament has launched their ‘#HaveYourSay on the Right to Food’ survey and they want to know young people’s views on access to food. The closing date is 7th November 2022.

One of SYP’s current priorities is to ensure that young people in Scotland can access their right to food. As part of a campaign, SYP wants to find out what young people’s experience in accessing food and gather opinions on different solutions to problems within our food systems, including their thoughts on universal free school meals. The results of this research will be used to shape SYP’s calls on decisions makers about immediate improvements to food provision for young people.

This is a survey for young people aged 12-25, living in Scotland and is an opportunity to shape SYP’s calls on decision makers. The online #HaveYourSay survey is open to all young people aged 12-25, living in Scotland, and only takes about 10 minutes to complete. You can also earn Young Scot Reward Points for talking part! The survey will close at 9am on Monday 7th November. Make sure you #HaveYourSay by completing the survey today!
