Together joins 29 other children’s charities, urging the UK Government to scrap its plans to replace the Human Rights Act.
In our joint letter to Justice Secretary Dominic Raab, we state the important role the Act plays in safeguarding children who are at an increased risk of having their rights breached. This includes children in care, refugee children and children in custody.
