A new incorporation law has been approved by the States Assembly of Jersey. This means that in every aspect of decision-making, policy and practice, Members of the States Assembly of Jersey will have to pay due regard to children's rights.

This new legislation means Jersey is a step closer to assuring children’s rights are respected, protected and fulfilled in their country.
