Safer Internet Day is celebrated annually in over 170 countries to empower children and young people to use technology responsibly, respectfully, critically and creatively. Last year’s campaign reached over half of UK children aged 8-17 and over a third of parents. 26% of children who heard about the day spoke to someone about something that had been worrying them online.
