Domestic Abuse (Protection) (Scotland) Bill passed

The new Bill will help uphold women and children’s rights to remain in their home.

Once it enters into force, the Bill will give police and the courts power to remove domestic abusers from the home and give social landlords greater control to transfer tenancies to a victim/survivor.
