Catching up on education is putting pressure on children and young people

The British Psychological Society haswarned that the idea that children must ‘catch up’ on learning lost due to the pandemic is putting a ‘huge’ pressure on them.
The Society has asked for an increased focus on supporting children’s wellbeing and educational needs.
