A Child Rights Connect Task Force is looking for evidence to inform the next report of the UN Human Rights Office. It is calling on organisations to collect evidence through focus groups, where children can reflect on sustainable and resilient recovery.

Child Rights Connect has prepared materials to help with the organisation of activities aimed to gather children’s views:

  • The focus group consultation methodology can be found in English, French and Spanish.
  • PowerPoints to help plan activities are accessible here.
  • A form to share the outcomes of the focus group is available in English, French and Spanish.

Organisations have until the end of January to organise the consultations with children and send their evidence to Child Rights Connect. They should contact Agnès at gracia@childrighstconnect.org and Emma at grindulis@childrightsconnect.org.

Alternatively, organisations can submit findings from previous engagement work they have completed with children and young people on their rights, the Sustainable Development Goals and/or COVID-19.
