The Scottish Parliament’s Equalities and Human Rights Committee is seeking views on what can be done to ensure that people from minority ethnic communities have the same employment and training opportunities as everyone else.

In relation to children and their families, the Committee is seeking views on how schools, colleges and universities should work together to help people from minority ethnic communities move into work, and what support employers should give to people from minority ethnic communities including women returning to work.
