The BBC is looking for young people aged 11-18 who want to report on a story or issue which is important to their life or the world around them.

This is a unique chance for young people to tell their story on TV, radio, online or on social media with the help of BBC journalists, producers and programme makers.

To enter the competition, interested young people should send an outline of their story, before the closing date Saturday 26 October 2019.

There are two categories - My Life (an original personal story) and Our World (an original story around an issue that is relevant to the world today).

There are two age groups for each category: age 11-15 and age 16-18. Parental permission is needed before entering the competition.
