The Rights of the Child UK (ROCK) Annual Conference will be held in Cardiff on Wednesday 12th December 2018.

The conference will explore how domestic law can be used to progress the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child. Through speaker presentations and discussions throughout the day, the conference will look at:

  • Developments that are currently taking place across England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland to embed the UNCRC into law and policy;
  • Threats to existing legal protections of children’s rights
  • Opportunities to further legal protections of children’s rights under the UNCRC within England, Scotland, Wales and Northern Ireland, and at UK level.
