Scottish Government are looking for views on a new resource which provides information on a range of topics for disabled children and young people and their families.
The resource aims to provide information on three main topics: rights and information, accessibility of support, and transitions. It has been developed with disabled children and young people, their families, practitioners and third sector partners.
The information contained in the consultation document will be developed into a website and mobile app. Views gathered throughout the consultation process will be used to ensure the resource is available in a format which is practical and useful.
