SNAP partners would like to hear views on issues raised from the business community, trade unions, civil society organisations and public bodies.

Both the European Union and the United Nations have called for the development of National Action Plans (NAPs) to support the implementation of the United Nations Guiding Principles on Business and Human Rights. Since 2011 a number of governments have developed NAPs.

As a first step in the process of developing a Scottish plan, a National Baseline Assessment on Business and Human Rights has been commissioned and published through SNAP.
