Children at four Aberdeen schools are Imagining Aberdeen as a place where all children are healthy, happy, safe and doing their best at school. The Imagining Aberdeen blog was updated every day during Mural Week with pictures and ideas from the participating children.

So far 300 children have taken part in workshops at school, thinking and talking together about some big ideas like human dignity. In the subsequent phase of the project, five children from each of the four schools worked with artists and a film-maker to represent their vision for the city.

Monday 23rd to Friday 27th May was mural week and DVD project

Over the course of this week, the children created a large-scale mural that represents all of the ideas from the 300 children who took part in the school workshops. They also made a short film to capture all the great ideas that the imagineers have had.
