PAS has commissioned social research company Blake Stevenson to evaluate the impact of its information services on practitioners and on the families who they support. Respondents will be entered into a prize draw.

However much or how little you have used PAS services like their website, publications and events, they are keen to hear from you, in order to assist them in the future planning of services. All comments will be treated confidentially.

The prize draw is the chance to win £30 of shopping vouchers.
