The Manifesto, which Together have supported, was launched on #CareDay (February 19th) and outlines the ambition by Who Cares? Scotland to create the most caring nation in the world.
The Manifesto is written by care experienced young people and addresses the future First Minister to act as a parent to all care experienced children and young people. Every party leader has also signed up to the manifesto.
It's launch on #CareDay saw Tweets throughout the dayfrom @WhoCaresScot and a range of activities from across the UK and Ireland.
