National Inquiry into Historical Child Abuse

The Scottish Government is currently engaging with survivors and relevant organisations to seek views on the Terms of Reference of the National Inquiry into Historical Child Abuse, as well as the attributes of the Chair and Panel.

The Scottish Government is keen to hear from as many people as possible and you can get in touch by phone, in writing, in person, or online. It does not intend to publish any individual responses, however, a summary of responses will be made available in Spring 2015. This summary report will include statistical information such as number of responses, as well as, an overview of those responses, by topic.
