A shadow report was produced by the 'Scottish CEDAW Shadow Report Forum'; a partnership of women's organisations including Scottish Women's Convention, Scottish Refugee Council and Scottish Women's Aid, plus others from throughout Scotland who came together to prepare this document.

The report reflects the voices of women throughout Scotland, which was achieved using networks, knowledge of subject areas and the voices of a wide range of women.
