Safer Internet: the digital universe of your children

European Schoolnet, together with Liberty Global, have launched an animation supported by the European Comission which is aimed at educating parents on children's safety online: The Digital Universe of Your Children.

The three-minute animation tackles the parental concern of 'who are your kids talking to online?' providing practical tips for parents to help their children stay safe.

At the end of the animation, eight informative tip sheets give practical advice on how to deal with a variety of issues that youngsters might encounter online, including: privacy on social networks, online gaming, blocking, risks online, online friends, meeting strangers, personal information, and online reputation.
