What does a rights-based approach to bullying look like? Children's Parliament has been exploring this with children across Edinburgh.

Through conversation and creative approaches, the Children's Parliament teams of investigators have created a Call to Action for adults, to help in the creation and support of positive relationships in children's lives.

Call to Action

The Children's Parliament Investigates Bullying newspaper was produced to share the children's messages and Call to Action.

10 Key Learning Points for Adults

To help locate children's voices within the broader national context, Children's Parliament were delighted to work with respectme, Scotland's anti-bullying service, who developed the Children's Voices at the heart of practice blog.

Next steps

This phase of the project is now complete and Children's Parliament are looking at ways to maintain the relationships that have been developed; to create opportunities for communities to join together, to explore children's views and develop local action plans for the realisation of positive relationships.
